What happens to your details

This page explains what happens to the details you send through this website, and who is responsible for them.

Who holds your details

MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd is responsible for the information you send through this site. It goes to them so they can reply to your enquiry, and to nobody else.

You can reach MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd on 07738 613042 or through the contact form.

What is collected

Only what the form asks for: your name, a phone number or email address so you can be replied to, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else about you is recorded.

There is no advertising on this site, no analytics that identifies you, and nothing that follows you to other websites.

Why, and for how long

Your details are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the work that came from it. They are kept for as long as MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd needs them for that, and no longer.

Who else is involved

This website is built and run by SiteWire, who host it and pass your enquiry on to MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd, usually within a minute of you sending it. SiteWire act only on MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd’s instructions and do not use your details for anything of their own. Their notice is at https://sitewire.co.uk/privacy.

To stop somebody submitting the form over and over, submissions are counted against a one-way hash of the sender’s network address. The address itself is never stored.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being held at all. Contacting MPT Electrical Contractors Ltd directly is the quickest route.

If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
